Thermo Metal Spraying allows worn parts, which would normally be scrapped, to be reclaimed. This component repair and reconditioning is done by using a non-destructive, low temperature flame spraying of hardfacing alloys, metals, ceramics and carbides.


Thermo metal spraying gives substantial benefits to component reconditioning, often providing three to twelve times more wear than the original parts.
During the process there is no component distortion as is experienced with processes such as welding.

At Cramer Engineering - Hydraulic Division we can service hydraulic rams of up to 4 metres in length. We also offer a hose manufacturing and repair service with crimping up to 2 inch diameter.
